We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days, however, due to the hand made nature of our products sometimes processing can take longer. If there is an unusually long processing time you will be notified via email.

We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all orders in Canada values at $125+ which can be upgraded to an Express service for $25 via Canada Post or FedEx.  All orders under $125 are charged a reduced shipping rate of $12.

USA orders are charged a flat,subsidized, shipping fee of $20 using either DHL/FEDEX/ UPS. Please note: as per the new policy of the US administration all orders may be subject to a 35% tariff that will be paid by the customer.

International orders are charged a $35 shipping fee. This is for an expedited service, with tracking via Canada Post or FedEx.

Please note- complimentary shipping is eligible on the original order, it does not apply to exchnages.

All Lisbeth orders are gift wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a cardboard box. Invoices are not included in the shipment.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number.
