We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days. However, due to the hand made nature of our products, order fulfillment may take longer. If there is an unusually long processing time you will be notified via email.

We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all orders in Canada valued at $130+ which may be upgraded to Express service for $25.  All orders under $130 are charged a reduced shipping rate of $12. We ship via Canada Post/ Purolator or UPS.

USA orders are charged a flat, subsidized rate of $20 using either DHL or Purolator. Please note: as per the new policy of the US administration all orders may be subject to a 35% tariff that will be paid by the customer via US Customs.

International orders are charged a $35 shipping fee. This is for an expedited service, with tracking via Canada Post/ UPS or Purolator.

Please note- complimentary shipping is eligible on the original order, it does not apply to exchanges.

All Lisbeth orders are gift wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a cardboard box. Invoices are not included in the shipment.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number.
